I come from a competitive sporting background having competed in 2 Olympic Games for St.Lucia 🇱🇨 and currently competing as an Ironman70.3 athlete and cross-country cyclist. Combined with a master's degree in physiotherapy and an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, I bring evidence-based research and experience into practice.
